Features of digital literacy of future educational specialists and their attitude to the use of digital tools and technologies in education

The problem of the formation of digital literacy among students as the most important component of ICT competence is considered. The materials of an empirical study aimed at determining the level, structural and content characteristics of digital literacy of future specialists in the educational sphere are presented, their attitude to the use of digital tools in training and professional activities is shown. It has been established that the digital literacy of future educational specialists corresponds to the “advanced” (medium) level. For future educational psychologists, it is the smallest. It was revealed that the attitude of future educational specialists to the use of digital tools and technologies in teaching is variable and ambiguous: from their rejection to creative use. The structural and content characteristics of digital literacy have higher indicators in terms of parameters due to the personal or educational interest of students, and underestimated when a professional digital need is found behind them.
