The article addresses the managerial performance in hotel business, including leadership qualities such as creative, emotional, team-oriented, and transformational leadership. The hotel manager makes decisions about corporate image; that is, client-oriented, business and social image. The author describes career development and introduces integrated performance evaluation criteria - the customer and employee satisfaction as well as the suitability and eligibility guidelines for hiring new leadership.
