Features of the democratic vector of development of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article presents an analysis of democratic reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the feasibility of which reflects the constitutional changes that have taken place, enshrined in the corresponding expression of the will of the population of this state at the national referendum on April 30, 2023. Revealing the degree of strengthening at the constitutional level of legal institutions associated with: firstly, the «Miranda Rule»; secondly, with the institution of «Habeas Corpus», the author appeals to the importance of the noted steps for the democratization of the internal affairs bodies, which is a key condition for the formation of harmonious relations between the said institution of the state and society, and a more perfect solution to the pressing issue of strengthening public confidence in the internal affairs bodies.
