Features of determination of ecological crime in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the forms of determination of environmental crime in the Russian Federation. The author considered the concepts of causes and conditions of environmental crime, as well as the basis of their classification from the point of view of legal science. The author concluded that the causes of crime are the driving forces that cause crime, and the conditions create an opportunity for their direct execution.
