Peculiarities of the real estate development in Russia

The article studies the development activity as the basis of real estate management. To specify the “development” notion, the author analyzes a number of definitions and gives a more specified one. The author investigates development agents, identifies and enumerates the functions of a developer, studies the stages of developers’ activity. To improve the efficiency of the real estate development it is necessary to attract professionals of this field. Developers’ activity and training of specialists become an urgent and integral term for the real estate development.
