Features of remote education in the digital transformation

The article is devoted to the features of distance education, the prevalence of which has greatly increased during the pandemic. The study highlights the main advantages of this form of education, as well as the main disadvantages: reduced social contacts, reduced flexible skills, increased stress component, dependence on technical equipment, lack of practical competences, reduced motivation and difficulties in concentrating on the educational process. It is concluded that distance education requires a large number of issues to be resolved, as well as careful preparation of both learners and teachers.
