Features of an enterprise lease agreement and the difference from a commercial concession agreement

This article discusses the main features and differences between an enterprise lease agreement and other agreements of similar specificity. Problems with the use of one or another contract in the field of civil law are analyzed. Ways are proposed for a more comprehensive, competent and simplified application of legal norms in the modern realities of the development of civil law norms in the Russian Federation.
