Features of the energy supply contract with the participation of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation

The publication considers the energy supply contract in the system of civil law contracts as one of the varieties of the contract of sale, which differs from other similar obligations to alienate property on the subject and methods of performance. The features of the conclusion and execution of the energy supply contract with the participation of military formations of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation as a party to the contract as a subscriber are revealed.
