The article dwells upon main directions of proving thefts committed under conditions of unobviousness. The author pays special attention to the interrogation of victims and witnesses as a significant and important investigative action in the investigation of such crimes. Moreover, she characterizes circumstances which influence investigation of thefts in case of their unobviousness.
