Formation features and valuation of the effect of integration synergy, caused by the interfirm links

Based on the analysis of network and cluster concepts describing the processes occurring in the integration structures characteristic of the current stage of development of the Russian and Western economies, a scheme has been developed for calculating the aggregate synergistic effect of integration synergies. The mechanism of the contribution of private (species) synergy effects to the total synergistic effect obtained as a result of the implementation of measures (strategy) creating this type of synergy has been revealed. Recommendations on the valuation of the aggregate synergistic effect of integration synergy, illustrated by an example of its calculation for a real cluster member, are given.
