Peculiarities of communicative competence of the cadets of Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia

The article is devoted to the problem of realization of communicative approach to the process of teaching in Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. In the article the analyses of such concepts as «competence» and «competency» is carried out. The elements of communicative competency as well as their definitions for the process of teaching English in a law institute are examined. The content of the components of communicative competency in a law institute is revealed. The problems appearing in the process of teaching English in Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia are explained.
