Peculiarities of building up competencies of psychological preparedness of rescuers of the state corporation “Rosatom” emergency-rescue units

The article is devoted to the issues of forming psychological preparedness to perform under extreme conditions on the competency-based approach. The researchers report on the outcomes of the content-analysis of rescuers’ psychological training programmes. The psychological competencies are formulated for rescuers of emergency-rescue units of “Rosatom” state corporation with regard to the peculiarities of their professional activity. The article sets forth the recommendations for building competencies of their psychological preparedness.
