Features of developing the legal awareness of subjects of law enforcement

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issue of the functional relationship between legal ideology and legal awareness in the law enforcement mechanism. The legal awareness of the subjects of law enforcement is typologized based on a combination of different types of legal awareness, depending on the configurative difference of basic legal ideas, as well as the sphere of activity of the subjects. The formative function of legal ideology in relation to legal awareness is taken as a basis; the features of the process of development and transformation of legal awareness are determined, as well as the consequences and effects of the influence of legal ideology on the legal awareness of subjects of law enforcement.
