Peculiarities of formation of professional competencies in the state service

This article discusses the formation of professional competencies of civil servants. The problems of creating an effective management apparatus are discussed. The model of the formation of professional competencies in public servants is considered and explained. It was revealed that the formation of competencies is, in fact, a continuous process, which is based on the knowledge and experience of the employee. This knowledge and experience leads to the effective fulfillment of labor functions, and self-motivation and personal qualities form a person’s need for further development, and as a result the formation of new competencies.
