Development of an employee incentive scheme for project activity in organizations

The constant increase in the quantity, quality and complexity of projects implemented by modern organizations necessitate improvement of project effectiveness, including the development of effective motivational mechanisms for project staff. The methodological basis of our research is the works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of project management and motivation theory. The article describes the mechanisms for motivation of project staff and the specifics of development of an employee incentive scheme for project activity in organizations. We have generalized and typified the factors influencing the motivation of project teams in organizations of various types, and developed an algorithm for studying the organization in order to formulate requirements for the incentive scheme for project activity of employees. We also determined the content and methods of each stage of the research taking into account the factors of project motivation.
