In the article there are presented the results of metabolic explosion based on the determination of reactive oxygen species in neutrophils (chemiluminescence (CL), nitrobluetetrazoliumtest (NBT)) at healthy infected atypical mycobacteria and TB patient cows. There are found that the functional metabolic status of TB patients is characterized by increased values of luminol-dependent chemiluminescence of blood cells as well as the depletion of the antimicrobial potential of neutrophils, as evidenced by low levels of factor stimulation NBT at 100% infected M. bovis animals.
