Features of the functioning of centers of social services for the family, children and youth of the Crimea (based on the example of Yalta)

General scientific trends in understanding the development of the social protection system are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the functioning of the centers of social services for the family, children and youth of the Republic of Crimea on the example of Yalta as a new subject of social work in the legal field of the Russian Federation in the way of reforming the social sphere. The centers of social services for the family, children and youth of the Crimea carry out social work in the region, ensure the provision of a complex of social services to families, children and youth in compliance with national standards. Effective ways of improving the social work of the Russian Federation on the basis of the experience of social services centers for families, children and youth in terms of the availability of social services to needy categories of the population are proposed.
