Features of gastrointestinal disorders in nutritional allergy in preschool children

Clinical, functional, immunological, morphological and immunohistochemical disorders of gastrointestinal tract in preschool children having atopic dermatitis and food allergy are presented in this article.The study performed revealed high frequency of inflammation in the stomach and duodenum with diffuse forms of gastritis and duodenitis and function disorders of intestines. Histologic and immunohistochemical changes of mucous membrane in stomach and duodenum are described. The role of local immunity in pathogenesis of chronic gastroduodenitis in children having nutritional allergy was demonstrated.
