Peculiarities of state cadastre accounting and state registration of car places

In this article, changes in the legislation regarding the introduction of a new type of real estate into a civilian turnover since January 1, 2017 - a car place, are analyzed. The peculiarities of the state cadastral registration and state registration of the rights of car places are revealed. The position of the owners in whose rights was determined, before the entry into force of the changes, the right of common ownership of premises, parts of buildings or structures intended for the placement of vehicles was registered.
