Features of state cadastral registration of capital construction projects

The article provides an overview of the provisions of legislative acts of the Russian Federation that determine the requirements for the preparation and content of documents necessary for the implementation of state cadastral registration and state registration of rights in connection with the introduction of a single registration procedure for registration of rights to buildings, structures and premises located in them. The features of the implementation of accounting and registration actions in relation to individual capital construction projects are analyzed, in particular, the suspension and resumption of such actions, which, in the author’s opinion, must be taken into account in the course of economic activity.
