The article describes the psychological and pedagogical features of children with disabilities, in particular, with severe speech underdevelopment. The author describes the relevance of the joint work of teachers and school specialists with children with severe speech underdevelopment. The characteristics and specifics of the preparation of psychological and pedagogical recommendations are given. The article formulates the conditions and patterns of making recommendations from the point of view of taking into account the various characteristics of children with this nosology. The scientific and practical principles of making recommendations have been developed, taking into account the individual specifics of schoolchildren with severe speech underdevelopment. It is planned to develop a specific algorithm for making recommendations in the future.
