Based on the analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice, the author has established that, despite extensive legal regulation, problems arise when observing the terms of consideration, extension and postponement of cases of administrative offenses. The author proposes ways to improve administrative legislation in the field of legal regulation of the timing of consideration of cases of administrative offenses.
