The development of the technical service system in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is determined by the need to improve the servicing of machinery and equipment during the warranty and post-warranty periods of their operation on the basis of a system of dealers. Demand for the service is generated by the demand for products, so at present maintenance is becoming a decisive factor for the survival of enterprises in the conditions of intensive struggle in the market. The analysis of the current situation of the maintenance system, structure and condition of the machine and tractor park of the enterprises of the agroindustrial complex of Omsk region is carried out in the work. The main duties and indicators of dealer technical service enterprises operating on an ongoing basis in the Omsk region are substantiated. An example of the distribution of landfill applications for 2016 by one of the dealerships is given. Taking into account the received data, a mathematical model of the formation of costs for maintenance of machinery in a working condition at two levels-the level of a dealer enterprise and an agricultural commodity producer-is proposed. Based on the data obtained, it is established that the completeness and quality of maintenance, as well as the productivity of machinery, primarily depends on the concentration and specialization of the maintenance operations performed. In the current conditions of the formation of technical services at the enterprises of the agroindustrial complex, the dealer system of technical service can be formed only at a certain value of the profitability of the enterprise, that is, in the conditions of sufficiently large enterprises.
