Features of immunoreactivity of BLV-infected cows

The article the results of a study of blood serum using ELISA and PCR in order to study the characteristics of the immunoreactivity of BLV infected cows described. PCR results confirm the absence of mycobacterial genetic material in the samples, however, all ELISA tests for the detection of mycobacterial antibodies showed positive results. The presented research results allow us to conclude both about the possible determinant commonality of VLBRS and mycobacteria antigens, and about changes in the immunoreactivity of the body of cows infected with BLV.
