Features of inductive methodology in foreign language teaching

This article reveals the peculiarities of using inductive and deductive methods of teaching a foreign language and gives a clear concept of these terminologies. The effectiveness of this technique is highlighted and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The article deals with the development of critical thinking and self-knowledge of students while using this technique in the study of a foreign language.
