Features of the institute of bailiffs

The Institute of Bailiffs occupies one of the leading places in the system of law enforcement authorities. The author of the work comes to the conclusion that this institution contributes to the improvement of the entire judicial system of the state, is an effective mechanism for restoring violated rights and freedoms of the individual. The presented article is devoted to the peculiarities of the functioning of the Federal Bailiff Service on the territory of the Russian Federation. The main tasks and functions of this state authority are considered.
