The paper presents the results of the study of intellectual unity of Novovoronezh NPP operational shifts. Intellectual unity, which is the similarity of opinions of members of the operational shift when discussing the situation at the NPP, as well as the coordinated decision-making, is considered as one of the components in the structure of group reliability, which, in turn, is one of the main prerequisites for safe and reliable work of the operational personnel of the NPP. The results indicate that the operational shifts in general are characterized by a fairly high level of intellectual unity. At the same time, some statistically significant differences were identified between them, which are probably related, on the one hand, to different experiences of working together, and on the other - due to the peculiarities of cognitive styles and behavior of NPP operational shift personnel.
