The article considers the issues connected with receipt and fixing the results of operative-detective activity. The essence and peculiarities of receipt, collection and further use of operative-detective information during investigation of crime and peculiarities and essence of expediency of studying the materials of operative-detective cases in the full size by investigator are also researched.
