Features of use of pleonasms in different languages (on the material of Kyrgyz and English languages)

This article provides a comparative analysis of pleonasm in the Kyrgyz and English languages. This article provides a comparative analysis of pleonasms in different language systems. Pleonasm, as a linguistic phenomenon, continues to attract the interest of researchers because of its features and functional significance. The purpose of this study is to identify the main types of pleonasm in both languages, their semantic and syntactic characteristics, as well as to analyze the causes of their occurrence. The study of the features of pleonasms in various languages makes it possible to understand their role in the linguistic system and culture of the people. In this article, a comparative analysis of the pleonasms of the Kyrgyz and English languages will be carried out in order to identify their similarities and differences. The analysis identifies the underlying reasons for the use of redundant elements and proposes strategies to avoid them, thereby enhancing the accuracy and expressiveness of speech.
