Features of using an escrow account in shared construction

The article considers the concept of «escrow account», as well as its application in transactions of shared construction. The article presents the regulatory legal acts used in Russian legal practice, as well as statistical data, on the basis of which a conclusion is drawn about the role of the escrow account in shared construction transactions.
