Features of applying a measure of restraint for a juvenile suspect (accused)

The article deals with problematic issues of choosing a measure of restraint for a juvenile suspect or accused. The analysis of different views of the authors dealing with this problem is carried out, the question of the “exclusivity” of such measure of restraint as detention imposed on minors is considered, and the corresponding conclusions are substantiated.
