Features of the election of prevention measures for a minor suspect (accused)

In this article, the author analyzes the statistics of crimes committed by minors in the Russian Federation; lists the legislative gaps in the field of the correct definition of a measure of restraint for a juvenile offender; measures of restraint are compared with other measures of state coercion; proposals are being drawn up to improve the current legislation of Russia in the field of choosing a measure of restraint for a minor suspect (accused).
