Features of the seizure by officials of the internal affairs bodies of alcoholic beverages that were the subjects of an administrative offense

The article discusses the concept and characteristics of the seizure of alcoholic beverages, which were the subjects of an administrative offense, as an administrative and legal means of preventing, suppressing and documenting offenses committed on the alcohol market. Some problems of the seizure of alcoholic beverages in cases of administrative offenses by officials of the internal affairs bodies, which the author considers the most complex and relevant, are considered. The ways of solving the presented problems are proposed through improving law enforcement practice and administrative procedure legislation.
