Features of emotional burnout of medical workers

This work is devoted to the study of the features of emotional burnout syndrome in medical workers, the results of an empirical study conducted on the basis of the Medical Genetic Center of Ufa are presented. A brief review of psychological literature on this subject is presented. The features of employee burnout, the relationship of burnout symptoms with the presence of experience, family and children were identified.
