In the article describes the clinical and diagnostic features metestrusassotsiiration diabetes in female dogs. The increase of creatinine, urea, total bilirubin and lactate, respectively, 50,4; 45,8; 7,6 and 20,5%, indicating the functional impairment of kidney and tissue hypoperfusion. The concentration of triglycerides, cholesterol and glucose reflect the processes of activation of gluconeogenesis and lipolysis. A fixed level of progesterone blocks the receptors of insulin and insulin resistance generates females. Increased activity of alkaline phosphatase and ALT 5,50 and 1,83 times reflect ultrasound examination revealed degeneration of the liver parenchyma. Against the background of the disease reduced the total antioxidant activity to 1,1 ± 0,029 mmol / l. The totality of the data indicates the development of oxidative stress of dogs.
