Peculiarities of clinicalfunctional parameters in adolescents having arterial pressure of different level

The aim of the investigation was to determine clinical and functional cardiovascular system parameters in r adolescents with different level of blood pressure. We examined 162 children aged 10-18 years. Mean level of Kethle`s index in adolescents with arterial hypertension was higher in comparison with adolescents with normal arterial blood pressure level. Higher level of sympathetic reaction and dominance of hemodynamic reaction in adolescents with high normal blood pressure and arterial hypertension in comparison with adolescents with normal blood pressure was revealed. Some peculiarities of hemodynamic supplying physical exercise in dependtnce on sex and blood pressure level were established.
