Features of the competence of management bodies in a limited liability company

In this scientific work, the author raises the question of the features of the competence of a limited liability company. Thus, the problem of the possibility of resolving the issue of early termination of the powers of the sole executive body of the company by the general meeting of the company's participants was investigated. By analyzing examples from judicial practice, a conclusion was made.
