Features of the contract on service in internal affairs bodies

The article is based on the General concept of the contract and the analysis of labor and administrative legislation, including retrospective, considered the features of the contract of service in the internal Affairs bodies. The author analyzes the views of scientists on the legal nature of service contracts, on the basis of which it is concluded that the contract on service in the internal Affairs bodies is associated exclusively with administrative legal relations arising in the sphere of public administration and is accordingly regulated by state legislation.
