Features of the coronary stenting for the left main coronary disease

The opportunity of usage of coronary stenting while treating 42 patients with local lesion of left main and in combination with other coronary arteries lesion was studied in this work. Different techniques of operations were estimated. Factors influencing the long-term results of treatment were observed. With the help of obtained data the conclusion concerning the efficacy and relevant safety of usage of coronary stenting among this category of patients was made.
