Peculiarities of defining inviolability of the home by the subject using official powers

The article is devoted to the issues of criminal law definition of the special subject of breaking inviolability of the home. The researchers find it important to specify this subject’s features as this will help to precisely define the persons liable for crime of unlawful entry provided by Article 139 of the Criminal Code of the RF.
