Specifics of personal and professional development of a student specilising in psychology at a HEI

The article explores the topical and understudied problem of professional and personal self-development of future university graduates. It presents the results based on empirical study of self-development among students specialising in psychology. The structure of the above study including cognitive-reflexive, motivational-axiological, emotional and practical components is described.
