Peculiatiries of speed-power training methods of heavyweight lifters in their mesocycle of power direction

The aim of the investigation is to establish peculiarities of speed-power trainings in the structure of basic mesocycles of power directions and to defi ne their infl uence on the level of heavyweight lifters special preparedness. The investigation was held on the KSUPhEST sports base. 14 heavyweight lifters took part in it: 8 candidates to Masters of sport and 6 fi rst grade athletes. All of them began training after 2-months break and they were training during 3 mesocycle. Planning of speed-power trainings within the limits of the power direction mesocycle envisages solving of two main tasks. The fi rst one is the creation of favourite conditions for restorative processes in the athletes organism after fulfi lling power loads. The second one is the perfection in the technique of a spurt and a put.
