Relationship features of individuals with professional destructions

The concept of the structure and dynamics of ego-identity in the process of normative crises of adulthood (E.L. Soldatova) and the concept of the structure and genesis of burnout (V.E. Orel) form the basis for this research of professional destructions. It is well-known that most susceptible to the burnout are those of people jobs because of frequent emotional contact with others. However, there is not enough emprical data comparing those groups of people with other professions. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the relationship features of people having communication and production jobs with professional destructions. In the study we used "MBI", "MBI - GS" and the questionnaire of strategies of behavior in conflict by K.Thomas. T - Student test and linear correlation coefficient r-Pearson were used in SPSS program for mathematical data processing. The results showed that, contrary to the well-established opinion, production workers are more susceptible to the burnout because of cynicism, devaluation of professional achievements and lack of desire to save relationships.
