Features of the mission of the ATS of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure human rights: in the context of countering human trafficking

The article is the result of a study carried out by the author on the problem of ensuring a new level of guarantees of observance of human rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which have an inseparable connection with his freedom and require decisive action by the state to combat human trafficking. Particular attention in the article is paid to identifying the competencies of the Kazakh internal affairs bodies, in terms of countering this type of criminal actions.
