The specifics of motivational sphere of servicemen of units of escorting, extradition and protection of people under the jurisdiction

This article defines the actuality of research of specifics of motivation of servicemen of units of escorting, extradition and protection of people under the jurisdiction in the context of determination of motivational resources for upgrading stress resistant of the mentioned military experts. The results of an empirical study of need and semantic components of motivational sphere of studied servicemen, the characteristics of the general attitude to themselves and attitude to the world around them, and effectiveness of their motivational sphere are listed. It defines possibilities of using the research results in practice of psychological support of professionali-zation of the servicemen to improve their resistance to stress.
