The article presents the results of the study of microcirculation in patients with polycythemia vera and hypertension by laser doppler flowmetry. The study revealed that spastic type of microcirculation prevails in this group of patients. This type of microcirculation is characterized by a decrease in arithmetic mean value of perfusion and an increase in average flow reserve. The study also defined an increase in the bypass and revealed the specific features of microcirculation violations, which denote an increased risk of developing cardiovascular complications in the observed patients.
