Features of inheritance of a share of a participant in a limited liability company: legal aspect

Based on a brief analysis of the content of regulatory legal acts governing the bankruptcy procedure of an individual, as well as the relevant theoretical views and law enforcement practice, the article attempts to reveal the features of such a method of disposal of property rights by a participant in a limited liability company as inheritance by other persons, carried out in a notarized manner.
