Features of inheritance of land plots of various forms of ownership

The article analyzes the issues of inheritance of land plots in various forms of ownership. The author notes that the peculiarities of inheritance of land plots consist in the different purpose of land plots and the mode of their use. The legal regulation of certain types of sites is carried out by different regulations and has its own specifics. The expansion of opportunities regarding the disposal of the site is possible only after registration of ownership rights to it, or privatization. Possession of a land plot on the right of ownership gives a citizen the opportunity to dispose of property at his own discretion within the framework of land legislation. Examining the judicial practice on land disputes in the field of inheritance, the author comes to the conclusion about the need to improve legislation and offers a practical solution to one of the problematic issues.
