The article is devoted to legal relations developing between their participants in the course of investigations. The author defines such categories as “person”, “private life”, “personal integrity”, “right to freedom”, “restrictions on right to freedom and security of person”, “privacy right” and other terms determining the fundamental basis of rights and freedoms for investigation participants.
