Features of the educational process at institutions of secondary vocational education in conditions of multicultural educational environment

The article focuses on the most significant features of pedagogical process at institutions secondary vocational education functioning in a multicultural educational environment. Considerable attention is paid to three groups of multicultural factors that can have different impacts on the educational process results. Further, the article addresses the features of educational and extracurricular activities organized taking into account these factors. Specific forms of work are considered, and the role of a teacher is separately treated.
